Feldup: opening
Opening for a Youtube Channel

Created during my studies at eikon.
Feldup is the pseudonym of an artist and YouTuber from my generation who has inspired me for years. So it was only natural that I chose him for this project, which involves creating an opening sequence for his channel.
Set to one of his tracks called “Shove It,” I animated a short story using motion design tools and frame-by-frame animation.
Feldup’s YouTube channel explores the mysteries of the internet and strange cultural phenomena.
I created a monster from a collage of images, symbolizing the protagonist’s fears. Then I had the protagonist journey through iconic locations featured in the YouTuber’s videos.
The story ends with the discovery of light at the end of the tunnel—an ending that echoes the conclusions of the videos, in which Feldup tries to find meaning and positivity in his subjects.
