Opening for a Youtube Channel

Feldup is the pseudonym of a French YouTuber and musician whose work has inspired me for years. For this project, I combined drawn animations, video clips, and photos set to a track from Feldup’s latest album. This opening sequence was designed to precede his YouTube essays.
Feldup’s channel delves into internet mysteries and eerie cultural works, but it always offers a sense of resolution. I sought to capture this balance in my storytelling.
I created a monster from various internet-sourced images, symbolizing the protagonist’s fears, and had the characters traverse iconic locations from Feldup’s videos.
The narrative culminates in finding the light at the end of the darkness.
