Created during my studies at eikon.
This was the most engaging and significant project for me during my time at eikon. Since we could choose our core specialization, I opted for motion design to create the pilot episode of an animated series.
These 10 weeks of work gave us the opportunity to let our imaginations run wild and put all the knowledge we’d acquired so far to good use.

Meet Rut, Glenn, and Pata, the main characters in my story.
When Glenn sets out to find a gift for his friend for the solstice, he unwittingly awakens the mountain’s malevolent entities…
The atmosphere, settings, and characters are directly inspired by Alpine folklore—and more broadly, by European traditions and legends.
My goal was to blend live-action footage with hand-drawn animation (frame by frame).
In the end, it took me two days of filming and over 1,270 drawings to complete the project!
